It has been shaped by direct exposure to how healthcare is structured and delivered in different parts of the world, and by the practical realities of working within governments and institutions responsible for large populations.
How We Work
We are a small firm by design. The people who lead an engagement are the people who remain accountable for it. We do not separate the advisory function from the delivery function.
